FROM A FORD TO A FLEET

The Lambert family has been in transport ever since Ray Lambert's father started carrying freight in a Model T Ford van in 1919.

By 1953, the fleet had grown to 20 vehicles. Our main payloads were
  • Bitumen for ESSO refineries
  • Pharmaceuticals for Boots the Chemist
  • Building materials
We moved to Eastleigh in 1975 - the first occupants of what is now a major Hampshire trading estate.

To prepare for our continuing expansion, we've acquired adjacent properties and now own over 150,000 sq. ft. of warehousing on 8½ acres.
